• Education: Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like lifting heavy items.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
• Time Management: Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food Safety Certification: Possession of a food handler’s or similar certification is often required.
